Retreats

The London centre organises occasional retreats where devotees can immerse themselves in the peace of the day through meditation and silent fellowship, reading or simply enjoying the garden.

Weekend silent retreats outside London offer the opportunity to withdraw further from the pressures and busyness of our lives and relax, both mentally and physically, through meditation, spiritual study and practicing the presence of God in quiet surroundings.

Being together in this way is beneficial in many ways and helps in our quest to develop a more personal relationship with God.

Weekend Retreats

Current students of the SRF lessons are warmly invited to come to these retreats for a period of renewal in body, mind and soul.

Convocation Retreat 2025

Monday June 23rd 2025 to Sunday 29th June 2025 

Worth Abbey, Turners Hill, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 4SB (https://worthabbey.net) 

The retreat has been organised by us at the Worth Abbey, accommodation is available in retreat centre of the Abbey. 

This is a fantastic venue with tranquil grounds. They can supply an all-vegetarian menu upon request and cater for any allergies or dietary requirements.  In order to maintain sanctity of the meditation room all of the meals will be served in a separate building.
